The Muncey Group is seeking a highly organized right-hand professional to support Josh, the founder, in Boston. You will manage his calendar, inbox, and day-to-day tasks, communicating in his voice and anticipating needs before they arise.

As you grow into the role, you’ll lead team operations, build AI-powered workflows, and assist with vendor relationships. A path to real estate licensing is available as the team scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage email, calendar, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Draft and send communications on his behalf, in his voice.
• Prepare him for meetings, calls, and events with the right context.
• Own his task list, anticipate what's next, and clear blockers before they become problems.
• Handle sensitive business and personal information with complete discretion.
• Coordinate logistics for events, prep internal team meetings, and handle basic office/vendor tasks.
