Qualifications

• Excellent English and Spanish, client-facing on video calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the advisor's inbox and calendar, protect focus time.
• Draft correspondence and handle general admin, including personal tasks.
• Attend meetings on the advisor's behalf and document SOPs.
• Support onboarding, workshops, and prepare marketing pieces.
