Job summary

Outcast is a fast-growing global fashion brand seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer across a dynamic, globally distributed team. You will manage the CMO’s calendar, coordinate international travel, prepare briefs, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.

This role combines high-touch executive support with discretion, professionalism, and a passion for fashion and culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in an EA or similar support role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive by nature with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Passion for fashion, culture, and creative industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMO’s calendar across multiple international time zones
• Coordinate all travel, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics end-to-end
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and communications
• Attend meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking action items
• Act as a key point of contact between the CMO, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Support both business and personal priorities with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with office operations, onboarding, team events, and culture initiatives
• Manage expenses, vendors, office supplies, and day-to-day coordination
