Ōura is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and support the Marketing leadership team across multiple time zones. You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate travel, prepare concise briefs, and ensure decisions are clearly tracked and executed.

You will provide high-trust support, anticipate needs, and help lead the Marketing operating rhythm with lightweight processes and discreet handling of confidential information.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of executive-level support to a C-suite or senior executive.
• Highly organized with experience managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and expenses.
• Proactive and forward-looking, anticipates needs and conflicts.
• Clear, diplomatic communication and ability to synthesize information.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including external partners.
• Calm, adaptable, and able to prioritize independently.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, AI tools, and emerging technologies to streamline operations.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CMO and senior leadership team to manage a complex calendar across time zones.
• Maintain a rolling view of upcoming weeks, meetings, campaigns, and deadlines; identify conflicts early.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and create briefs, agendas, presentations, and materials.
• Triage requests, draft responses, and elevate decisions with context and recommended paths.
• Coordinate leadership and team meetings, planning sessions, and offsites; organize agendas and pre-reads.
• Drive Marketing team efficiency by balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day support; coordinate cross-functional partners.
