Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will shield the CMO’s time, coordinate with RevOps, Comms, and People, and design efficient Human+AI workflows for scheduling, drafting, and meeting prep.

The role requires strong calendar management, travel coordination, discretion, and superb written and spoken communication across time zones. You’ll be the right hand to the CMO, ensuring on-time decisions and smooth operations in a fast-moving AI-first

Qualifications
