Arm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer and drive the efficient operation of the CMO Office and Marketing Leadership Team. You will manage a global calendar, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, and partner with the Chief of Staff to ensure priorities are aligned across a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, orchestrate offsites and events, and maintain high discretion handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive in a global organization.
  • Exceptional calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Strong judgment to prioritize executive time and act independently when appropriate.
  • Proactive work style with a track record of anticipating needs.
  • Experience planning executive offsites, leadership meetings, and internal events.
  • Experience managing complex travel logistics for executives.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, professional discretion.
  • Collaborative approach with Chief of Staff and Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Expert-level productivity tools proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Own and actively manage the CMO’s complex global calendar, prioritizing competing demands, protecting focus time, anticipating conflicts, and aligning time to business priorities.
  • Stay ahead of the calendar by identifying scheduling issues, travel considerations, and preparation needs before problems arise.
  • Ensure the CMO is prepared for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, logistics, attendee information, and context.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage calendar priorities and follow-up, creating an effective operating rhythm for the CMO Office.
  • Coordinate meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Own complex domestic and international travel planning, including itineraries, transportation, accommodations, visas, and related requirements.
  • Plan and execute Marketing Leadership Team offsites, global meetings, internal events, and other team moments, handling logistics from planning through execution.
  • Support the operating rhythm of the Marketing Leadership Team with scheduling, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Build strong relationships with executive assistants across Arm and external organizations to coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, and engagements.
  • Maintain thorough follow-through on commitments and actions coming into and out of the CMO Office.
  • Manage expense reports, travel reimbursements, and other executive administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Handle highly sensitive business and personnel information with discretion and confidentiality.
