Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Our client is a prestigious, hedge fund based in New York, NY. The firm is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to a senior executive. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a high-caliber team in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and discretion are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones; coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, briefing documents, and presentation materials
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, hedge fund, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced industry
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
