Job summary

Utah First Credit Union in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO and leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional admin support, protecting time, managing priorities, and coordinating Board materials and communications.

The ideal candidate has CEO-level support experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and discretion with confidential information. 18+ required, on-site with full benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting a CEO, senior executive, or executive leadership team.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and financial institution is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to protect the CEO's time and focus.
• Coordinate Board of Directors scheduling, logistics, and meeting materials.
• Manage complex calendars, correspondence, and executive communications.
• Lead selected projects and strategic initiatives in service to employees, members, and communities.
