These areas play vital roles in driving data‑informed decisions, advancing organizational excellence, and improving clinical and operational outcomes across the health system.
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level support to department leaders, ensuring seamless execution of day‑to‑day functions, coordination of meetings with diverse stakeholders, and oversight of confidential and sensitive communications. The role requires an understanding of the academic medical center environment, data‑driven initiatives, and clinical operations.
The Executive Assistant manages administrative responsibilities for two executive leaders and their leadership teams and serves as a trusted liaison with other internal and external partners. The role includes scheduling, communication coordination, documentation management, event planning, and handling sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.
This individual represents the Analytics Center of Excellence and Quality and Operations offices in communications with key stakeholders, including hospital and university leadership, clinicians, faculty, staff, data scientists, and external partners.
