Job summary

The Executive Assistant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center provides high-level administrative support to two executive leaders and their teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, Kronos, Workday and PowerPoint desired.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Requires successful completion of a background check and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to two executives.
• Coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage confidential information and communications with discretion.
• Plan and coordinate events and project activities.
• Represent ACE and Quality & Operations in internal and external communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
