The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an experienced administrative professional to coordinate day-to-day activities, travel, calendars, and projects in support of the Chief Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Officer and senior leadership.
This role requires strong judgment, prioritization, data handling, and the ability to draft letters, take meeting minutes, arrange meetings, and support multiple leaders across Medical Staff Administration.
This position will have the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities, travel, calendars, and projects supporting the Chief Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Officer, AVP/Senior Director for Clinical Quality & Patient Safety, and medical staff administration general support. This position will involve interactions at all levels of the organization and the public. This position will be responsible for developing and coordinating materials needed for meetings and following up on multiple requests from various leaders. This position will draft and compose letters and/or reports, take meeting minutes, arrange meetings, make reservations, travel, order supplies, food, and other duties as requested. This position will also be responsible for assisting with other senior leader’s calendars and tasks within Medical Staff Administration as needed.
