Offshore 24/7 is hiring a part-time Executive Assistant/Content coordinator to publish podcast content for Australian clients. You will manage show notes, episode titles, newsletters, and social content using Canva, WordPress, YouTube and Spotify.
This remote role requires a fixed 4-hour morning window (7:00–2:00 PM Philippine time) and proactive scheduling with guests and contributors. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in EA/coordination and at least 1 year in content publishing, plus strong
Twenty hours a week, mornings only, running the content behind an Australian educational podcast.
A recording lands in your folder. Over the following week it becomes a published episode on YouTube and Spotify, a set of show notes, a page on the website, a newsletter to the audience and three short clips for social. You are the person who makes that happen, on schedule, without being chased.
Alongside the content you keep the diary moving: booking guests and contributors, confirming them, sending the prep, following up the people who have gone quiet. This suits someone already working as an Executive Assistant or coordinator who has picked up the content side along the way, and who would rather own a clear block of work properly than be on call all day.
You will develop a publishing workflow that is genuinely yours, across Canva, WordPress, YouTube, Spotify, newsletters and the AI tools that make the repurposing fast. The people who can take a recorded discussion and turn it into a month of material are not easy to find. Twenty structured morning hours also leaves your afternoons genuinely free, which most roles at this level cannot offer.
Before you apply: this role needs at least 2 years as an Executive Assistant or coordinator, 1 year of hands on content publishing, and a fixed morning window between 7:00am and 2:00pm Philippine time.
