Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to Partners, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive leadership.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate investor and board meetings, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management and facilities coordination.
  • Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and company functions.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects, investor relations activities, and liaise with portfolio companies as needed.

Compensation: 80,000-100,000

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will provide high-level administrative support to the firm’s Partners while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing private equity firm and collaborate with a dynamic team.
