Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Finance)
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Finance) in New York, NY for our client, supporting senior finance leadership, executive operations, and office administration within a growing investment management firm. This highly visible role will primarily support the Chief Financial Officer while partnering closely with a collaborative executive assistant team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with financial services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant (Finance):
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, prepare expense reports, and provide day-to-day administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer and finance leadership.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, coordinate executive schedules, and ensure priorities are managed efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
- Office Operations: Assist with office administration, visitor coordination, meeting logistics, and other operational needs while supporting a collaborative executive assistant team.
- Project Coordination: Support firmwide initiatives, executive events, investor meetings, and special projects while coordinating deliverables across departments.
- Communication Management: Prepare correspondence, maintain confidential information, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Provide cross-coverage for executive assistants and contribute to shared administrative responsibilities that support overall office operations.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant (Finance):
- Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3–10 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives is required. Previous experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or asset management is strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with executive support, calendar management, travel coordination, and office operations within a professional services or financial services environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organizational, communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills with strong attention to detail, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
