We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a high-trust role that combines executive support, personal assistant responsibilities, and office administration. A large part of this position will be supporting our Executive Team, including the CEO, CTO, and CRO, by helping manage both professional and personal tasks that allow them to stay focused on leading the company.
This could mean anything from coordinating a meeting or booking travel to helping get a vehicle's oil changed, picking something up, running an errand, or handling a last-minute request. No two days will look exactly the same, and we need someone who is comfortable jumping in, figuring things out, and getting things done.
You will also play a major role in keeping our office and internal operations organized and running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person everyone can count on, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and takes pride in making sure the details are handled.
We are looking for someone who is:
We're a growing startup, which means this role is not about staying inside a strict job description. There will always be something new to figure out.
We need someone who enjoys that.
You may start your morning coordinating a vendor, spend the afternoon helping an executive with a personal errand, and end the day preparing for a company event. The ability to switch gears, stay organized, and keep moving is critical.
The right person will become an integral part of our team and someone our executives and employees know they can rely on.
The person currently in this role will work closely with the new hire during the transition period. This will provide an opportunity to learn the responsibilities of the position firsthand, understand the team's preferences and processes, and gain a strong understanding of what it takes to be successful in the role.
If you're someone who loves being the person who keeps everything organized, solves problems, supports others, and makes sure things get done—we'd love to meet you.
