You will partner with Executive Assistants across the firm to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time, with responsibility for calendars, travel, meetings, and expense reporting.

The successful candidate will bring exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, along with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously. This role requires managing complex calendars and applying strong critical thinking to make sound, independent decisions. You will also partner closely with Executive Assistants across the firm to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.
