Confidential Company in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior HR leadership. The role is highly visible, requiring a proactive, discreet, and project-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, onboarding logistics, and interview scheduling, while partnering with Learning & Development on training programs and events.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to senior Human Resources leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Manage confidential HR initiatives, onboarding logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Partner with Learning & Development leadership to coordinate training programs, workshops, and leadership events.
  • Plan and execute team meetings, off-sites, training sessions, and firm events from start to finish.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and executive correspondence.
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Compensation: up to $120,000 base (DOE) + Overtime + Discretionary Bonus

Our client, a prestigious global hedge fund, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior Human Resources leadership. This team is looking for someone with a high-touch support style who naturally anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and operates with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoys owning projects from inception through execution while managing multiple competing priorities.

What You'll Do
  • Provide executive support to senior Human Resources leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications.

  • Partner closely with Learning & Development leadership to coordinate training programs, workshops, and leadership events.
  • Plan and execute team meetings, off-sites, training sessions, and firm events from start to finish.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and executive correspondence.
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting Human Resources leadership is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional follow-through.
