Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking an Executive Assistant & Digital Engagement Specialist to support the Senior VP & Chief Philanthropy Officer. You will bridge executive operations with digital communications, managing the CPO’s calendar and coordinating donor engagements while partnering with the Philanthropy Shared Services team.

The role combines high-level administrative duties with hands-on digital fundraising, content scheduling across social platforms, and donor stewardship

Qualifications

• Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred - Associates Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Non-Profit Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Senior VP & Chief Philanthropy Officer.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy Shared Services to drive digital fundraising and donor stewardship.
• Develop and manage content calendars for social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Draft donor communications and analyze digital campaign performance.
