Executive Assistant, Corporate Communications & Employee Experience

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Corporate Communications & Employee Experience and serve as a trusted partner across a dynamic, high-impact team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of meaningful work that shapes culture, communication, and the employee experience. You will bring clarity, coordination, and forward momentum to complex priorities, helping leaders and teams stay aligned and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform foundational elements such as providing a consultative approach to calendar and priority management, aligning time to the most important work; coordinating travel and managing work related expenses and budgets.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure strong preparation and follow-through.
  • Coordinate key company-wide meetings and events such as monthly business meetings, quarterly all-hands meetings, leadership retreats, and select employee engagement efforts.
  • Maintain attendee lists, distribution groups, and supporting logistics for meetings, events and communications.
  • Support VP communications, presentations, and materials for leadership and high-visibility initiatives.
  • Lead special projects include data gathering and analyzing insights, enhancing processes and policies, running reports, and research.
  • Bring structure to team workflows, evolving priorities, and shared tools and resources.
  • Act as a connector across Corporate Communications, Employee Experience, HR, and key stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Sound judgment, critical thinking & problem-solving skills, and a process improvement mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) or similar applications with willingness to learn.
  • Strong technical aptitude and AI proficiency a plus.
