AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Executive Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin) to support hotel operations, digital platforms, and executive-level administrative needs in Newport Beach, CA, with optional Diamond Bar work. You will help maintain accommodations data, monitor booking channels, and track performance metrics.
The role requires Mandarin/English fluency, excellent organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Newport Beach, CA (Fully Onsite) Or Diamond Bar, CA. Open to candidates near Diamond Bar, CA who are able to work in Newport approximately 3 days per week.
Pay Range: $30–$40/hour DOE
