  • Arrange global travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and talking points for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Track initiatives, support project deadlines, and manage follow-ups.
  • Submit expense reports and reconcile transactions in a timely manner.

The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner to top-level executives, managing complex scheduling, handling confidential communications, and coordinating across departments. Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant

  • Liaise with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track key initiatives and assist with project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Submit expense reports and reconcile transactions in a timely manner.
  • Support event planning and internal coordination for executive offsites and investor events.
  • Maintain a pulse on shifting priorities and anticipate the needs of the executive team.
Required Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a financial services, investment, or banking environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex executive workflows and multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion in a high-pressure setting.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
