Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication across our U.S. operations.

This role is fully remote and requires meticulous organization and proactive coordination across time zones. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Coordinate internal communication, document management, and executive administrative support activities.
  • Assist with reporting, spreadsheet tracking, presentation preparation, and operational coordination projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and employee information.

Role Overview
