What You’ll Own:
- Own busy, high-volume calendars for senior leaders, balancing shifting priorities and last-minute changes with confidence
- Keep executives organized and prepared through thoughtful scheduling, meeting coordination, and proactive follow-up
- Help manage incoming communications and ensure important requests, deadlines, and action items are surfaced appropriately
- Coordinate domestic and international travel from start to finish, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and changes along the way
- Manage expenses and other administrative details with accuracy and strong follow-through
- Coordinate meetings and interactions with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including business leaders, investors, and industry partners
- Help maintain important professional relationships and support ongoing engagement with key contacts
- Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts early, and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Organize information and assist with presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other executive-level deliverables
- Balance multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work
- Handle sensitive business and personnel matters with maturity, confidentiality, and sound judgment
What We’re Looking For:
- Approximately 3–7 years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
- Prior experience in a financial services, investment, professional services, family office, or similarly high-touch corporate environment is strongly preferred
- A stable career history with demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility
- Strong scheduling, organization, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay ahead in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, polished, and comfortable communicating with senior-level internal and external contacts
- Naturally proactive, resourceful, personable, and willing to take ownership
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and can collaborate effectively across different functions and personalities
- Calm and adaptable when priorities shift or unexpected situations arise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong discretion and judgment when working with sensitive or confidential information
- Comfortable with modern productivity and collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and emerging AI technology
Schedule:
This is a hybrid position based primarily in San Francisco, with meaningful in-office collaboration. Fridays are generally remote; however, candidates must have the flexibility to come into the office as business needs require.
Compensation:
$120K–$140K base + 15% target bonus, representing approximately $138K–$161K in target annual cash compensation, plus a competitive benefits and retirement package.
