  • Assist with creative projects including presentations, videos, and correspondence.
  • Support travel planning and other special projects as needed.
  • Bring structure to gatherings, events, and priorities.
  • Take on expanded responsibilities as the role evolves.

We are recruiting on behalf of a mission-driven organization seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Founder and CEO. Working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, this individual will help manage priorities, maintain structure, and ensure the CEO is prepared and focused. This role offers meaningful opportunities to expand beyond traditional EA responsibilities and take on increasingly broad projects over time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling, logistics, and daily preparation.
  • Own meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring materials, details, and next steps are effectively managed.
  • Anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Provide support on select personal and family-related projects requiring exceptional judgment.
  • Assist with creative and visual projects, including presentations, videos, photo books, and correspondence.
  • Support travel planning and special projects as needed.
  • Help bring structure and intentionality to gatherings, events, and other personal and professional priorities.
  • Take on expanded responsibilities as the relationship and scope of the role evolve.
Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in creative projects, philanthropy, or related areas is a plus.
Location & Schedule
  • Oakland / San Francisco, CA
  • Monday-Thursday onsite, including when the CEO is traveling.
  • Friday schedule varies based on the CEO's needs.
Compensation
  • $125,000 base salary + bonus

This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to become a trusted thought partner to a Founder and CEO, with meaningful potential for professional growth and expanded ownership over time.
