$120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
This position will be part of a Finance Team with the primary focus on supporting two C level executives.
Required Qualifications
• College Degree, preferred
• 8-15 years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a financial services firm
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Extremely motivated, and proven problem-solver
• Positive culture carrier
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Description supporting Financial Executive:
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics
• Take detailed minutes during meetings and follow up on action items (as needed)
• Support/manage special projects and initiatives (including annual team offsite and team build events)
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth Finance Team operations
• Assist the Finance Team with projects, as needed
• Maintain Finance team office supplies and equipment
• Expense tracking through CONCUR
Job Description to Administration Executive - (will provide training)
• Maintain listing of administrative coverage assignments
• Integral to onboarding and offboarding processes
o Initiate and monitor background checks
o Maintain onboarding platform
o Organize various onboarding documents
o Benefits enrollment lead
o Building access card lead
