Our client, an AI startup based in NY, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Co-Founder. You’ll be a strategic partner who helps maximize time, energy, and impact. This role maintains an exceptionally high bar for detail, follow-through, and thoughtfulness. You’ll need to match your executive's pace, anticipate needs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Co-Founder

The City: NYC , NY (Hybrid)

The Money: $130k - $150k Base

The Ideal Candidate: High-touch. Responsive. Thoughtful. Attentive.

The Day to Day:

  • Provide proactive and high-touch administrative support - calendar management, travel, logistics, prep docs
  • Act as a thought partner, ensuring meetings and follow-ups are efficient and intentional
  • Be attuned to executive's preferences, priorities, and interests to personalize support
  • Liaise across teams and with external stakeholders (including top-tier investors, partners, etc.)
  • Help maintain a high-performing, well-organized operating rhythm
