A highly regarded professional services firm is seeking its next Executive Assistant. This role is critical to the smooth execution of business development initiatives, client engagement, contract fulfillment, and administrative operations. As Executive Assistant, you'll serve as the right hand to a Vice President, managing administrative responsibilities such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, scheduling, and team meeting coordination. A keen eye for detail is essential, as you'll track leads, support outreach efforts, and manage sales pipelines. Although you'll play a key role in pipeline management and reporting, you won't engage in direct sales activities. Instead, your work will focus on tracking key account development and collaborating with account managers to create enterprise engagement reports.
In this role, you'll need to be highly organized as you oversee contract fulfillment, client onboarding, and scheduling. This includes managing all client-related administrative steps, tracking progress, coordinating engagements, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. You'll also provide ongoing administrative support to the coaching team by gathering key data for client success metrics and preparing reports. In addition, you'll manage the logistics of coaching engagements and work with the marketing and sales teams to support joint business development efforts and align on key initiatives.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to take ownership of both accomplishments and mistakes. You'll need to a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities accurately, and demonstrate excellent presentation and negotiation skills when working with clients and colleagues.
