As Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring leaders stay organized and prepared for their day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas and supporting materials, track action items, and facilitate follow-through on key initiatives. The position also includes arranging domestic travel, managing itineraries and expenses, and serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll help drive operational efficiency by organizing team meetings, offsites, customer events, and other business activities while ensuring every detail is executed smoothly. Working closely with other administrative professionals, you’ll provide backup support, maintain critical business information, prepare presentations and reports, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
