Our client, a well-established mid-sized organization in the Richmond area, is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This temporary-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who excels at managing executive priorities, coordinating board activities, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership.
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials
Support Board of Directors and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, board packet distribution, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
Serve as a key liaison between executives, board members, employees, and external stakeholders
Track executive priorities, deadlines, and special projects
Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, event planning, and executive communications
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
Support additional administrative and operational initiatives as needed
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership
Demonstrated experience supporting a Board of Directors, executive committees, or governance processes
Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and organizational skills
Experience preparing board materials, board books, agendas, and meeting minutes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential matters

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
