Senior Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic international organization to identify an experienced Senior Executive Assistant who excels in supporting senior leadership within a fast‑paced, global environment. This highly visible role serves as a trusted partner to a key business executive and leadership team, ensuring priorities, communications, and operations run efficiently across multiple regions and time zones.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, coordinate global initiatives, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of a high-performing organization. Limited international travel may be required several times per year. Pay for this position will range between $80K and $100K annually. Some travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and administrative activities for senior leadership.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts, business priorities, and stakeholder needs, resolving issues before they impact operations.
- Coordinate executive commitments and meetings to maximize productivity, preparation, and decision‑making effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations and support when balancing competing priorities and time‑sensitive matters.
Leadership Team Support
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, strategy sessions, workshops, and offsite events.
- Track action items, follow‑ups, and key decisions to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among leaders, teams, and departments across multiple locations.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with executive support professionals, senior leaders, and business partners to ensure seamless coordination of initiatives and priorities.
- Support collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a central point of coordination, helping drive effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Evaluate existing administrative processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Help establish streamlined workflows and best practices that support executive and leadership team productivity.
- Maintain flexibility while bringing organization, structure, and consistency to a changing business environment.
Administrative Operations
- Process expense reports, invoices, purchase requests, contracts, and other confidential business documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative functions are handled with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a large or multinational organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Strong execution skills with a demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.
- Experience working across multiple departments, cultures, and geographic regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and document preparation.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Confident in navigating competing priorities and providing thoughtful recommendations to leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and modern workplace technologies.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
