Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Government Affairs Executive Coordinator for the Kansas City metro area. This full-time onsite role partners with executive leadership to keep calendars organized, communications clear, and governance processes running smoothly.

You will coordinate meetings and events, manage travel and vendor relations, prepare materials, and handle confidential information with discretion. Strong Microsoft Office and outstanding communication are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize incoming requests and identify scheduling conflicts before they arise.

  • Respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service and discretion.
  • Coordinate recognition letters, announcements, acknowledgements, and executive communications.
  • Organize leadership, advisory board, and committee meetings.
  • Assemble agendas, supporting documentation, and meeting packets.
  • Maintain official records, appointment documentation, and meeting files.
  • Coordinate logistics and help ensure compliance with applicable meeting requirements.
  • Assist with executive events, ceremonies, recognition programs, and community gatherings.
  • Coordinate invitations, vendor relationships, event logistics, and attendee communications.
  • Support high-profile organizational projects and special assignments.
  • Help prepare speaking materials and presentation resources for leadership appearances.

What You'll Do
Executive Calendar & Communications

Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings for organizational leadership.

Relationship Management
