Executive Assistant Our client in the north west part of Dallas, Texas is seeking an Executive Assistant for a Direct Hire opportunity. This is an in office position.

Executive Assistant Role
- Serve as a highly trusted partner to the CEO, providing comprehensive executive and operational support
- Manage a complex and rapidly changing calendar while proactively identifying conflicts, priorities, and necessary follow-up
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, conferences, and executive events
- Manage and prioritize executive communications, including email, correspondence, phone calls, and requests requiring attention
- Serve as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, business communications, and supporting materials
- Track commitments, deadlines, strategic initiatives, and action items to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate leadership, executive, and advisory meetings as needed
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions without waiting for direction
- Support executive level projects and strategic business initiatives
- Handle highly confidential personnel, financial, legal, strategic, and business information with exceptional discretion
- Develop strong working relationships with executives, employees, customers, vendors, attorneys, and other business partners
- Provide limited support to other members of the executive leadership team as business needs require
- Assist with company events, leadership meetings, travel logistics, and occasional administrative needs
- Represent the Executive Office with professionalism while remaining comfortable in a hands-on operating environment
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 7–10 years supporting C-suite executives (ideally CEO/President/Owner/Principal or similarly senior leader)
- High school diploma required
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong Excel capabilities including formulas/functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
- Exceptional organizational, calendar management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Professional executive presence; confident communicating with senior executives and external partners
- Highly proactive and resourceful; able to determine how to accomplish goals with limited direction
- Comfortable respectfully keeping a senior executive focused, organized, and accountable to priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting executives within manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site organizations preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams, boards, or privately held organizations preferred
- Legal, accounting, finance, or business administration exposure is a plus (not required)
