Position Title: Executive Assistant
Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid, onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
Company Overview: Please join us ina fast-paced, tech-focused startup seeking a dedicated and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Reporting directly to the Head of People, this role demands someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and takes initiative to get the job done.
Position Overview:The ideal candidate will provide seamless support to the CRO, manage day-to-day schedules, coordinate travel, and collaborate with other executive assistants on events and office operations. You’ll also take on various projects, such as budget management, vendor coordination, and office move planning.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CRO's complex calendar and daily schedule.
Arrange travel itineraries and logistics.
Collaborate with a team of executive assistants to plan and execute client dinners, office events, and outings.
Support broader office initiatives, including an upcoming office relocation.
Handle general projects such as budget oversight and vendor management.
Operate with little direction, adapting to ambiguity and delivering solutions efficiently.
Provide proactive availability to address executive needs as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with proven success supporting C-level executives.
Experience in a fast-paced environment; startup experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Self-starter with a "scrappy" mindset and an ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate and contribute to the collaborative culture.
Ability to work onsite at least 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in San Mateo, CA.
