Job summary

Executive Assistant Overview
  • As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operations and seamless coordination of activities.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and accommodations for executive team members.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics management.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support executive communications and decision-making.
  • Oversee event planning and coordination for executive functions and company-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain and update executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Utilize strong MS Office skills to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
