Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of authentic Asian culinary techniques and regional ingredients.
• 3+ years of direct culinary leadership and team management.
• 10+ years total culinary experience including leadership roles; formal degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily back-of-house culinary operations for Asian cuisine.
• Design, innovate, and evolve menus while maintaining standardized recipes and profitability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule culinary staff to maintain high performance.
• Manage food and labor costs, forecast demand, and monitor inventory to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
