Horizon Hospitality in the southwestern Twin Cities metropolitan area is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to oversee high-volume food and beverage operations at a premier hospitality and entertainment destination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field; total 6+ years experience acceptable.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or casino environments.
• Proven track record in labor scheduling, expense control, financial reporting, and POS systems.
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and standards.
• Lead, recruit, train, and mentor assistant managers and staff.
• Manage labor costs, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Partner with culinary and casino leadership to coordinate service and menu.
• Monitor guest feedback and metrics, implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety, TIPS, and policies.
