Qualifikationen

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in corporate aviation, flight ops, dispatch, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regs, flight ops, weather, airports, and planning.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and coordinate executive travel using company aircraft in line with FAA regs and policies.
• Serve as liaison between passengers, executive assistants, flight crews, and leadership.
• Use scheduling and planning systems to manage aircraft schedules and crew availability.
• Monitor daily operations and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate aircraft utilization with maintenance, weather, and constraints.
• Arrange charter or alternate transport when aircraft unavailable.
• Develop detailed trip itineraries and distribute updates.
