Dollar Tree is seeking a Corporate Aircraft Schedule Dispatcher to manage planning, scheduling, and coordination of company aircraft operations. You will work with executives, flight crews, vendors, and aviation leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient travel.

Your role involves coordinating flight schedules, trip itineraries, international operations, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining confidentiality and providing proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate executive travel using company aircraft per FAA regulations.
• Serve as liaison between passengers, executive assistants, and aviation leadership.
• Utilize scheduling systems to manage schedules, crew availability, and passenger needs.
• Monitor daily operations and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate hotel, ground transportation, and other travel services.
• Maintain trip itineraries and coordinate with FBOs and ground handlers.
• Coordinate international trip planning and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance records and support audits.
• Process flight-related financial records and vendor payments.
