Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP's Atlanta Corporate Aviation team seeks a Flight Department Scheduler to coordinate executive travel and support safe, efficient corporate flight operations. You will serve as a central point between passengers, crews, vendors, and aviation operations to ensure an exceptional travel experience.

The role requires experience in flight scheduling or aviation administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage itineraries, manifests and trip logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in flight planning, scheduling, or aviation operations.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Professional communication with passengers, crew, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
• Flexibility to support a dynamic corporate aviation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company aircraft scheduling and communicate itineraries to passengers and flight crews.
• Maintain awareness of aircraft location, status, and trip logistics.
• Prepare and maintain accurate passenger and crew manifests.
• Coordinate crew accommodations, ground transportation, catering, and travel services.
• Support a professional, discreet, customer-focused travel experience for all passengers.
• Maintain flight records, trip expenses, operational documentation, and billing activities for Atlanta-based aircraft.
• Process accounts payable, vendor setup, and expense reconciliations.
• Manage corporate aviation credit card expenses through Concur.
• Provide administrative and office management support for the aviation department.
• Support additional operational and administrative activities as assigned.
