Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to create, coordinate, and maintain the flight operations schedule for training, corporate flights, and other events. The role acts as the single point of contact for scheduling and dispatching between Flight Operations, Executive teams, and Cirrus departments.

Key duties include maintaining records to FAA/EASA requirements, coordinating aircraft movements for maintenance, supporting travel requests for Sales and Leadership, and forecasting pilot

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Business Management, related field, or 3 years’ aircraft scheduling experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in scheduling, dispatching, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and time-sensitive demands.
• Strong problem-solving, resource-allocation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers by embodying Cirrus Service Essentials and Cirrus Guiding Principles.
• Plan, coordinate, build, and maintain an efficient, safe, and productive schedule that allows departments to meet goals and maximize quality of life.
• Partner with Flight Training Account Management, Flight Operations, and Delivery experience to adjust schedules for customer, capacity, or production changes.
• Coordinate with Fleet Administrators to facilitate aircraft movement for maintenance and needs.
• Receive, coordinate, and schedule all corporate flight requests in support of Sales, Marketing and Executive travel needs.

Education

Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Business Management, related field, or 3 years’ aircraft scheduling experience.
