The role requires 3–5 years in corporate aviation or flight operations, strong knowledge of FAA regulations, and proficiency with aviation scheduling systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of corporate aviation or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics.
• Proficiency with aviation scheduling systems and trip-support platforms.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule executive travel utilizing company aircraft per FAA regs.
• Coordinate with passengers, assistants, flight crews, and leadership on itineraries.
• Manage schedules, crew availability, and passenger requirements via scheduling systems.
• Monitor operations and communicate updates, delays, and changes.
• Coordinate hotel, ground transport, and other travel services for trips.
• Maintain trip itineraries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with cost-effective travel planning and vendor coordination.
