Flight Crew International is seeking an experienced Flight Dispatcher/Scheduler to support corporate flight operations, trip planning, scheduling, and travel logistics for a busy aviation department.

The role involves coordinating aircraft schedules, crew availability, trip logistics, arranging hotels, ground transportation, catering, and liaising with flight crews and service providers to ensure seamless travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate aviation, dispatch, scheduling, or related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with aviation scheduling and trip-support systems preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic and international operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft schedules, crew availability, and trip logistics.
• Arrange hotels, ground transportation, catering, and other travel needs.
• Support domestic and international trip planning.
• Work with FBOs, handlers, fuel vendors, and other aviation service providers.
• Maintain operational records, schedules, and related documentation.
• Communicate with flight crews, passengers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel support.
