Qualifications

10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations.
Strong change-management and strategic-thinking capabilities with ability to translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 customers with ROI and value initiatives.
Define and drive AI adoption by setting vision and JTBD frameworks with leadership teams.
Build and maintain C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for AI strategy.
Lead value realization and ROI analysis to frame P&L impact in business reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional programs across stakeholders with risk management.
Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell.
Scale best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications.
