WRITER in New York City is seeking an AI transformation lead to serve as a high-impact partner for Fortune 100 accounts. You will architect change, translating WRITER’s platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives to an AI-first operating model.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology, shaping the product roadmap and helping clients move from experimentation to full-scale value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to translate capabilities to outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication used to lead presentations to boards.
• Curious mindset and active listening style to guide stakeholders.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value customers and drive ROI in partnership with a customer success manager.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 clients by setting vision and JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and business reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and manage risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell.
• Scale transformation playbooks with decks, frameworks, and communications.
