WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with our Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, guiding executives through the shift to an AI-first operating model.

You’ll build playbooks for enterprise AI adoption, drive ROI, and influence product roadmap while partnering with C-suite leaders to embed AI as a strategic priority across organizations; this role reports

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to define frameworks and translate capabilities to outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for boards and senior leaders.
• Experience navigating complex business environments with a strategy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with success manager.
• Act as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers by setting vision and JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI at executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews framing P&L impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders with risk management and updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
• Scale best practices by producing decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
