WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll drive AI adoption, influence product roadmaps, and shape the AI-first operating model for the world’s largest enterprises.

You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, guiding C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to scale value realization and ROI across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 firms.
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
• Executive presence and ability to present to boards and lead cross-functional teams.
• Curious mindset and active listening; a genuine leader others follow.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex business environments.
• Intrinsic motivation aligned with Connect, Challenge, and Own values.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts and drive ROI and value initiatives with a customer success partner.
• Serve as a strategic transformation partner by setting vision and defining JTBD with leadership teams to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to elevate AI priorities.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact in reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing risks and program updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Scale transformation playbooks by creating decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
