WRITER seeks a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating WRITER’s platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll align business strategy with cutting-edge technology, driving AI adoption beyond pilots and delivering value realization.

You will shape the transformation playbook, influencing product roadmap and helping enterprise brands deploy AI at scale from the C-suite to frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations.
• Strong change management and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers with ROI/value initiatives in collaboration with a customer success manager.
• Set vision and define the JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for AI initiatives.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery via surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Create decks, frameworks, and communications to scale transformation practices.
