Job summary

WRITER is seeking an AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 50-100 accounts, translating AI capabilities into measurable P&L impact. You’ll operate at the nexus of business strategy and technology, shaping transformation playbooks and influencing product roadmaps while driving value realization at scale.

You will help executives move from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization, reporting to the director of AI transformation and success, with a hybrid NYC-based work

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Proven track record building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision and translate capabilities to outcomes.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills for boards and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments and align with core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts, leading ROI and value initiatives with a customer success partner.
• Act as a strategic transformation advisor, defining the JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for executive priorities.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by framing P&L impact through analytics and stakeholder interviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, manage escalations, risk, and program updates across client teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
