Thumbtack is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong operations orientation and a focus on AI solutions across HRBP workflows.

You will partner with the HRBP team to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into scalable AI-enabled products, such as exit interview synthesis and engagement action planning. You’ll cover three pillars: client-facing HRBP support, AI and operations, and employee relations.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience with HRBP experience.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve HR workflows.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into leadership recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with client groups as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
• Flag legal and compliance risks in people management activities.
• Build AI-powered HRBP workflows and lead rollout, training, and success metrics.
