This senior role partners with executives to translate business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and talent outcomes.

You will leverage AI, workforce data, and an advisory approach to design solutions and drive execution across multiple functions, building future-ready leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in progressive HR roles with strategic BP experience.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives in dynamic environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen translating priorities into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic advisor to leaders on talent, organisation, and workforce decisions.
• Design and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities and plans.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, performance, succession, and compensation processes.
• Use AI and analytics to model capacity, identify gaps, and guide staffing decisions.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness and change management.
